Of course, it's always possible that something unexpected might come up prior to your arrival at our hotel, so we recommend that you obtain our Traveler's Cancellation Insurance. In the event that you are unable to begin your hotel stay on time or at all, E.U. regulations allow the hotel to charge you a cancellation fee. In order to protect yourself financially, we recommend that you obtain this Traveler's Cancellation Insurance. ELVIA Reiseversicherungen will then cover the cancellation fee for you.

- The hotel rates are per person and per day, with half-board (breakfast buffet and 4-5-course evening meal). You can choose between vegetarian whole-grain foods and meat dishes. In the afternoon, you are welcome to help yourself at our salad bar.
- Use of our compartmentalized swimming pool, the sauna facilities, and the Kneipp alternating-temperature bath, as well as participation in the hotel's weekly program – all included in the price
- Single-room surcharge: €6.oo per person per day
- Surcharge for using Double-Room as Single-Room: € 19.oo per day
- Children's discount when staying in parents' room (both parents paying full rate):
- Up to 1 year of age free of charge; from 1-5 years: 70% discount; from 5-9 years: 50%; from 9-12 years: 30%.
- In case of cancellations, the "Caparra" (advance payment) will be retained as a processing fee.
- In the event of a premature departure, you will be charged for your accommodations according to your reservations.

- Arrival by train via the Brenner Franzenfeste/Fortezza-Ehrenburg/Casteldarne
- We will be happy to pick you up at the train station in Ehrenburg.
- Your rooms will be ready for you to occupy on the day of your arrival.
- On the day of your departure, we request that you vacate your rooms by 10:00 a.m.
